We are now running FusionBB 2.2 Alpha 3. This forum software is still in alpha testing and may have a few bugs that need to be squashed. If you find any please post them in this thread and we will get out the can of raid.

PET FOOD RECALL BROADENED DUE TO CONFUSION ON DATE CODES

Menu Foods has added products to its massive pet food recall to ensure that confusion over date codes does not result in suspect product being left on store shelves.

The recall originally affected “cuts and gravy” products for dogs and cats manufactured under numerous brand names between December 3, 2006, and March 6, 2007. The new recall by the company includes the same products, but includes all date codes. This step did not expand the recall but provided retailers with an efficient means of withdrawing the recalled product.

Pet Food Institute Issues Statement in Response to Recall of Wet Pet Food Products

WASHINGTON, Mar. 16, 2007 – The Pet Food Institute issued the following statement in response to today’s announcement of a recall of some wet pet food products manufactured by Menu Foods:

Member company Menu Foods and the Food and Drug Administration have announced a recall of some wet pet food products. Only wet food labeled “Cuts in Gravy” and manufactured by Menu Foods is affected by the recall.

DRY PET FOOD OF ANY BRAND IS NOT AFFECTED.

Like the manufacturers of human food, the members of the Pet Food Institute take extreme measures to ensure the quality and safety of their products. In the event of a quality or safety concern, our members take proactive action. In this instance the manufacturer has taken steps to remove all “Cuts and Gravy” products that they produce from the stream of commerce and is communicating essential information to consumers in both a timely and helpful manner. It is because of this commitment to quality and safety that U.S. pet food products set the industry standard globally.

With over 1700 trades blowin' up the site it's obvious all of you love your video games and using iTradeVideoGames.com to accomodate that trading need. But with all that trading going on, have you ever felt you could contribute more to the site? Ever want to see it expand and become something you are involved in beyond just trading? Now is your chance! All you artistic folk who spend all your time Photoshoppin' and GIMPin' can now use that talent for what would probably be the pinnacle of your artistic careers. iTradeVideoGames needs your talent to come up with a kick ******** logo for the site. This contest will run from December 1st until December 20th with the winner being announced on December 22nd.

What do you get for all of your time besides the respect and fame from the iTrade community? First, if the logo you created is picked, it will be displayed on the site and in the new CafePress shop on everything from t-shirts to mugs to your kids sweatshirt. Second, the winner will receive two games of their choice to get them through the holiday season. And finally, number three, the winner will get a free t-shirt and hat with your fabulous creation displayed for all to see.
